Meet our Wedding Planner
Cindy is the in house Wedding Planner at Hera Studios Inc. Cindy was destined to become an event planner from an early age. When she was a young girl, she was an active member in the school Dance Committee, where she was able to express her vision and creativity amongst her peers. The love for dances later translated into her passion for planning birthdays, proposals, bridal showers, baby showers and weddings for friends and family.
Prior to joining Hera Studios, Cindy began her career in the hospitality industry at a high-end catering company as an Event Coordinator where she developed strong event and project management skills. She worked alongside with some of the biggest clients in the industry such as Rogers Arena, BrandLive and Cirque Du Soleil. She later moved onto an award winning floral, event decor and design company. This role gave her a chance to gain valuable experience from the decor design aspect of weddings and events.
With over 5 years in the hospitality industry, Cindy’s attention for the smallest details and passion for wedding and event planning are among her most recognized and appreciated qualities. These qualities have allowed her to build trusting relationships with both clients and vendors.

Our Wedding Coordination package is made for clients who have a clear vision of how they want their wedding to be, but want assistance of making sure the puzzle pieces all fit perfectly together. Together we will review your wedding in detail 1 month prior to the event and provide assistance in the areas you need the expertise of a certified wedding planner.
-One in person meeting to finalize wedding details
